1. What can I expect from a typical day?

Midday Main Collective Workshop focused on the element and its way of moving through community life, followed by shared daily tasks (cooking, cleaning, caring for the land)

Afternoon Collective Projects (Choir, Ritual Dance, Art Crew) and free time for rest, connection, and spontaneous workshops

Evening Elemental Ceremony & Celebration — storytelling, music, dance, and gathering by the fire.
2. What should I bring for camping?

Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, hammock (weather-appropriate)
Comfortable clothing for all weather conditions (layers are best)
Reusable water bottle, bowl/plate, and cutlery (think zero waste)
Natural, biodegradable toiletries (100% organic toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.)
— everything goes back into the earth here

3. How can I get there? Is there carpooling?
The location is accessible only by car, but you can get to Kočevje by bus
Yes! In the weeks leading up to the gathering, you will be receiving emails with important information,
including a carpooling sheet.
You can list yourself as someone offering a ride or looking for one — making it easy to share the journey.
4. Are meals provided? What are they like?
Yes, we provide delicious, healthy, plant-based meals (mostly vegetarian/vegan), prepared with fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients whenever possible.
If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please let us know in your application form.
5. Can I bring food to share?
Absolutely! If you have access to organic produce from your garden, fresh herbs, or homemade preserves,
you are welcome to share.
But this is entirely optional. Our kitchen will provide meals for everyone.
7. Are there showers and bathrooms?
Yes, we have basic, clean facilities, but we highly recommend that the natural water flowing around us be our showers.
Please only bring 100% organic, biodegradable products for washing, as everything goes back into the earth,
no matter where you wash yourself.
8. Is this gathering family-friendly?
Yes, families are so welcome! Children can explore, play, and create in nature here freely with us.
We will have spontaneous arts and games for kids, led by members of the community.
9. Can I bring my pet?
We kindly ask that you do not bring pets as that is asked of us from the community living here.
10. Will there be electricity and phone signal?

We will have limited access to electricity, just for essential needs (charging phones in a common area).
Phone signal may be limited depending on your network provider. We encourage you to just unplug.
11. Do I need to participate in daily tasks?
Yes, we invite everyone to take part in maintaining the community — it is part of the experience.
Tasks are shared and rotated. But don’t worry it’s much, because there is enough of us.
It’s all a dance of the practical and spiritual. 🙂
12. Will there be WiFi?
No, we do not offer WiFi.
We encourage you to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with yourself, the community, and nature.
13. Can I host a spontaneous workshop or activity?
Yes! We love self-initiative and there will be time for it everyday.
If you feel inspired to share a skill, guide a practice, or host a discussion, you are so welcome to!
14. How can I prepare myself for this experience?

Be ready to share, listen, grow, create, and learn.
15. What is the refund policy if I cannot attend?
60% of the ticket price is refundable until July 31st.
Tickets are also transferable (just let us know about it).
16. Will I receive more information before the gathering?
Yes. After purchasing your ticket, you will be added to our mailing list, where we will send all important information to prepare you for the gathering — including a packing list, carpooling details, and tips for a smooth arrival
